- A Windows 32-bit utility to automatically shutdown your system. An icon may reside in the
- system tray for ease of use. You may set up this utility to shutdown after a period of
- inactivity or at a specified time each day.

- SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

- - Windows NT v4.0 (server or workstation), 95, 98, 2000, or later
- - 5 MB free disk space

- INSTALLATION
-
- Close the AutoShutdown application if it is running, and shut down the service on NT/2000.
- Run SETUP.EXE and follow the instructions for installation.

- UPGRADE

- Close the AutoShutdown application if it is running, and shut down the service on NT/2000.
- Run SETUP.EXE and follow the instructions for installation. It is best to install updated
- versions into the same folder as previous versions. (Typically C:\Program Files\AutoShutdown)

- To Run:
-
- Click on the tray icon for AutoShutdown to configure the program.
- AutoShutdown can shut down your system after a period of inactivity
- (no mouse or keyboard input detected) or at a specific time each
- day of the week.

- NOTE: You need to have a PC with auto-power shutdown ability
- to avoid seeing the "You may shutdown your system..." message
- in Windows.
